Leave all the catering needs to us! We will provide the table and raw bar display along with all the serving items needed. There is an array of heavy passed appetizers to choose from. A more casual poolside soirée or game-day watch party with grilled oysters, house-made compound butters, might be better suited to your needs. We are open to any request.
OFFICE & HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
Inspired by the pandemic we still offer small group delivery packages. This is great way to impress at your next business pitch and keep service costs low. Your oyster shucker will arrive and shuck out of your kitchen, season your sashimi and deliver to your door and set up for your event.
$395 = 48 oysters, 2# (pounds) shrimp cocktail, 1 pound salmon sashimi (up to 10 adults)
$595 = 60 oysters, 4# shrimp cocktail, 2.5# sashimi trio: Hamachi, Tuna, Scallop (10-20 adults)
$795 = 96 oysters, 6# shrimp cocktail, 4# sashimi trio: Hamachi, Tuna, Scallop, (20+ adults)
SHUCKING AWESOME OYSTER CLUB
At Shucking Awesome we love discovering and introducing new oysters to our clients. The Shucking Awesome Oyster Club will take you deeper into the world of oysters by featuring a different oyster each month. You may choose between 25, 36, or 60 count boxes shipped to your door with Shucking Awesome Sauces and the Oyster of the Month QR Fact Sheet. Oysters will hold for two weeks in your fridge - shuck on your time!

Oysters will be rinsed of sand and mud, so they arrive clean and ready to be shucked.
How it Works?
The last Wednesday of every month, oysters will be shipped via FedEx with environmentally conscious packaging. You must Join the Shucking Awesome Oyster Club by the 10th to receive your oysters that month. If placed after this date, you will receive your first box the following month unless we can make an exception.
Shipping costs are not included and calculated once joining.
How long can you keep your oysters?
Oysters remain fresh kept cold in an open container in your fridge with a damp towel on top for two weeks.
